7-Day Return & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective or not working as described
  • You received the wrong item

Important Notes

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health concerns.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
